Wow..
50, half a century, past mid life.. "old", surely not? I have been
asked many times over the past few weeks about how I feel about turning
50... I feel great, excited, satisfied, loved, complete, whole,
grateful, happy, joyous, fulfilled and the list goes on... . For the
past few weeks I have reflected over the past 50 years and have laughed
and cried.. wow it has been great. Certainly not without disappointments
but I have lived life... I have loved, travelled, been,
seen, done more than I had hoped.. it has been a joy to have done it
all. Motherhood has certainly been my greatest gift.. my children are my
treasures..I have been blessed enough to find true love at this late
stage and he has brought so much joy, and two more special souls for me
to love, I have a Mother and Sister who are so supportive and wonderful
and my niece and nephew whom I adore.. all I want to say is a huge thank
you to you all for the love and joy you have all brought to my life.. I
am a blessed woman..
lastly but certainly not least I share this day with my very special
Hannah who turns 14... she is love personified and blesses all our
lives.. thank you for that joy Hans and for choosing me xx
